Monument Geomatics were approached by a local Historical Society to assist with the documentation of an early example Lime Kiln. Using our Faro Laser Scanning System on a (rare) Saturday morning, data was collected above and below ground. From this dataset several cross sections were extracted and drawn up in BricsCAD. These proved to be invaluable in the understanding of the fairly unique arrangement along with the full dataset in a viewable format. Fees were also reduced to allow the project to proceed.
