Summer Surveys

Plenty of mileage claims over the last couple of months as our surveyors undertook work from Devon to Redditch just South of Birmingham. We also took a couple of trips across the border into Carmarthenshire, Wales. Closer to home we carried out a survey along a stretch of carriageway leading from Mitcheldean to Cinderford. On the positive side the views across the Severn Estuary were stunning, however this was offset by the theft of a flashing beacon (those who follow us on Facebook will have seen the picture evidence).

The wet weather also coincided with a series of measured building surveys (fortunate timing), including full elevations and floorplans as well as a topographical survey of each site. September also saw Monument Geomatics becoming the proud Kit sponsors of Berry Hill under 8s Rugby Team. Our MD is their Head Coach after all.

The forthcoming month is already starting to look busy with our teams being sent out to Cheltenham, Swindon and Stroud.
